Terms of sale

Prices are set from the day's gold rate as described in How pricing works. Your order reserves the pieces for you; nothing is charged online.

Cancellations

To cancel or change an order, email support@embetter.in. If you've paid an advance and then refuse delivery, 5% of the advance is kept to cover the gold-rate risk. For made-to-order pieces, the advance is not refundable once making has started.

Delivery

We deliver with our own staff to listed pincodes and agree a visit time with you by phone.
